Meet our Certified Arborists
RANDY OWEN
Randy Owen is the Company President of Owen Lawn Care. Randy is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), and was also the past president of the Michigan Forestry and Parks Association (MFPA). When he’s not working with lawn and tree care associations Randy enjoys spending time with family and friends.
TOM MORGAN
Tom is an ISA Certified Arborist and has been in the lawn care and tree care industry for 28 years. Tom has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from Michigan Technological University. Tom regularly attends lawn care and tree care seminars and enjoys landscaping and outdoor recreation.

MARK RICHARDS
Mark Richards is an ISA Certified Arborist, and a Certified Tree Care Safety Professional (CTSP). Mark has been involved in tree care and lawn care for 20 years. When he’s not taking care of trees and lawns Mark enjoys spending time with his family.
KAY SICHENEDER
Kay has obtained a degree in Zoology from MSU and has a masters in Natural Resources from U of M. Kay has over 25 years in the green industry and has a passion for diagnosing and treating tree disorders. Kay formerly worked as the Forester for Ann Arbor, MI for just over 7 years. Currently Kay holds the position of Plant Health Care Manager and Senior Consulting Arborist with OTS. As the Senior Consulting Arborist for Owen Tree Service, she is an expert in hazard tree identification, tree management plans and tree appraisals. In her off time she enjoys family, gardening, outdoor sports such as hockey and swimming.

JIM FALGENAUER
Jim is an ISA Certified Arborist with over 25 years in the tree and lawn care industry. Jim has been married to his wife Elly for over 30 years and is an avid fisherman and conservationist. Jim has had over 9 television appearances and is co-founder and president of the St. Clair - Detroit River Sturgeon for Tomorrow organization. A past president of the Perch Point Conservation Club, Jim currently serves on several fisheries committees. Jim believes that providing value to others is the key to success in life.
EARL RAY
Earl has over 25 years of landscape and tree and shrub care experience. Earl has utilized this knowledge as an asset to help his clients establish and maintain beautiful and healthy lawns and landscapes. Earl keeps up to date with new lawn care practices and products by attending local lawn care seminars and by reading lawn care industry publications.
SCOTT OUELLOTTE
Scott is an ISA Certified Arborist with 21 years of experience working in the tree service and lawn care industry. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from Michigan State University, is the former president of the Arboriculture Society of Michigan, and has been with Owen Tree Service since 2003.
BRAD DUNKIN
Brad has been in the tree and lawn care industry since 2002. Brad is an ISA Certified Arborist, Ontario Utility Arborist, and a Michigan Master Gardener. Brad likes keeping trees and lawns healthy, meeting new people everyday, and competing in swimming and mountain biking races.
DAVE KIDD
Dave has been in the tree and lawn care industry since 1980. Before becoming and ISA Certified Arborist Dave worked as a plant health care specialist and commercial & residential landscape supervisor.
JOHN SELPH
With 24 years of experience in the horticultural
industry John has done landscaping, tree trimming, tree removal, cabling &
bracing of trees, and installed lightning protection in trees. As an MDA
Certified Applicator for the past 20 years John has also done his share of lawn
fertilization, weed control, tree spraying, and tree fertilization work, as
well. When he’s not out helping trees John enjoys spending time with his family
either inside watching sporting events or outside hiking, camping, or fishing
